Pre Order Policy

Use our pre-order service to order your item now and receive it when it comes into stock.

No payment upfront or deposit online.

You will receive your item on the Release Date or within the back in stock date displayed on our website.

All pre order purchases are subject to our terms and conditions, as outlined below:

• Once your pre-order is placed, your order details will be confirmed to you be email.
• No payment will be taken from you for your order until it is confirmed available to dispatch (home delivery orders) or collected (click & collect orders).
• Once your order is available, you will receive an email to confirm availability and requesting confirmation of payment details and preferred option of home delivery or click and collect. This must be completed within 24 hours of the email being sent to guarantee your order.
• You will next receive an email notification once your pre ordered items have been dispatched (home delivery orders) or are available for collection at your chosen store (click & collect orders).
• Our Contract with you for items on pre-order does not come into effect until the date payment is taken.
• Where home delivery option is selected, pre-ordered items are shipped separately to any other items placed on pre-order and also separately from other items ordered. These are subject to shipping charges were applicable. See Shipping Policy for full details.
• Official launch dates for items are subject to change, Ken Black Toys cannot be held responsible for changes or delays in official launch dates.
• We will do our utmost to ensure the most up to date information is provided in relation to in stock or back in stock dates. However, these dates can change due to circumstances outside of our control.
