Orders with Bulky Items are calculated at checkout.

Due to the high volume of orders in the lead-up to Christmas, please allow a few extra days for your order to be dispatched. Our team is working hard to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible.

Regular items ordered before 3pm we aim to dispatch the same day Monday-Friday. These are then sent to An Post with their Express Shipping service.

Larger items can take 3+ days.

If it is saying to change your address in the cart there may be a reason it’s blocking checkout.

1. Are you in Ireland or Northern Ireland?

2. Is the item available for Pickup and not home delivery?

3. Have you added more than one unit of an item that we don’t have?

99% of orders can be Ready to Collect within 3 hours. Some items may be longer if the goods are in transit to the store the same day order was placed.

Customer’s must collect their order within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in your order being cancelled and refunded. Refund would not include services paid. See Terms of Service.

We advise customers to put the person collecting name in the checkout and their email - otherwise the person collecting must have their ID and the Ready to Collect email for verification.
