How can I return an item?
Have a change of mind? You can return any unopened, unused items, in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items. If you have an issue with a product please Contact Us.
For your benefit and for reasons of product integrity and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on car seats, mattresses, software and hardware. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to accept a return of goods damaged in transit unless you notify us withing 7 days of receipt of your order.
Return free to our stores
For any online or store orders
Take the item to any* Ken Black Retail store in Ireland with your delivery note. Any returns made through the store will be credited to your account within 14 days. You will have 28 days to return any previous unwanted store purchases. To find your local store, please click on the link below:
‘Find a local Store’ *Gift Cards and Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Returns by Post
Postage must be paid by the sender and won’t be refunded by Ken Black Limited. Buy a label from An Post here. The item(s) will be credited within 14 days of being received at the warehouse address below:
Please allow 7 days for the refund to show on your credit/debit card.
